Emotional Guidance System
This list shows the vibrational quality of our emotions. The top emotions are fast and high in energy and vibration, while the lower emotions are low and slow in energy and vibration. They are not "Good" or "Bad". The object is to get some relief and raise your vibration by moving from one emotion to another. The higher the vibration the more quickly you're attracting your desires.

EFT Tapping Points
- This top image is the Karate Chop point where the "Set Up statement" is done.
- First rate your level of distress 0 - 10(bad)
- The set up statement is said 3 times...
- "Even though _____________, I completely love, accept, and forgive myself. (or "I choose to let this go" ) You state the problem in the space.
- The second image has the points where you tap 7 times each and state the reminder phrase at each one. ie. "This anger"
- Once around with the problem, then once around with "I choose to let this go".
- Take a deep breath.
- Re-assess the 0-10 level.
- Continue with "Even though I STILL have____"
- and "This remaining________"
- Deep breath and re-assess 0-10.
- Continue until the distress is at a 0 - 2.
