A simple memory and focus boosting "brain hack"
I realized I was onto something when I saw a friend from long ago and nailed all of his kids names without hesitation.
I stink at recalling names with people CURRENTLY in my life, so that incident got my attention!
But it doesn't stop there.
1. I'm remembering stuff that in the past I would have struggled to recall (passwords, birthdays, to do list items, shopping lists)
2. I no longer experience brain fatigue when working long hours.
3. I'm surprising myself (seriously) at my focus, mental clarity, improved mood, attention, and problem solving efficiency.
4. My physical work outs have changed with more endurance and stamina
5. My coordination and reaction time has had a boost.
In fact, I keep saying, "WTHell?!" because I'm not struggling, tired, or feeling out of shape, tho I have done everything to create quite the opposite effect.
I've been a total desk potato lately therefore eating and drinking to the point where I've got the jelly-belly- donut- jiggles going on.
Despite that, as I've started to get my act back together with working out again, I hear the freaking Chariots of Fire music playing in applause of my athletic prowess and energy.
WHAT IS UP WITH THAT??? It makes no sense despite it being my experience.
It's got to be the "brain hack" I've started that's boosting my memory and focus.
The hack is quite simple - I've changed up how I'm filling my brain's fuel tank and am stoked at the results.
As you can see, my brain is humming and my body's saying "ok...WOW!"
